Sleep, Black Bear, Sleep by Jane Yolen

When winter's snow creates a soft blanket of silence, nothing is more comforting than curling up under a cozy quilt. Whether slumber awaits in a warm bed, a rocking hammock, or a nest of leaves, the feeling of comfort and the infinite world of dreams are universal. Sleep Black Bear, Sleep by Jane Yolen and Heidi E.Y. Stemple illustrated by Brooke Dyer was published in February 2007.

This picture book is so cute and perfect to read for bed. I really enjoy how they talk about how different animals are going to bed for the winter. It's a cute poetry book and really cute to read to little kids. I love the illustrations of this book in that they are colorful and really show each special thing in this book. Cassie really enjoyed the book and especially loved the rhyming that takes place throughout the book. I recommend you check it out.
