A Perfectly Messed-Up Story by Patrick McDonnell

 

Little Louie's story keeps getting messed up, and he's not happy about it! What's the point of telling his tale if he can't tell it perfectly? But when he stops and takes a deep breath, he realizes that everything is actually just fine, and his story is a good one --imperfections and all. A Perfectly Messed-Up Story by Patrick McDonnell was published in October 2014. 

This is such a funny story about Louie who just wants to have the perfect story. Of course we all know that is not going to happen. This story is so fun and colorful. Cassie loved looking at the pictures and all the things that happens to Louie's book. I love that illustrations have a unique way and it helps make the story. This book is so fun but I think it works good as a one on one book rather then a book to read to a crowd. I recommend you check it out.
