Won't You Be My Kissaroo? by Joanne Ryder

 

I checked out this book from the library as it was on my list to read to the kiddos but also for Valentine's Day. It's not much of a Valentine's book but shows the love of a family or friend. In this book there are lots of different kinds of kisses, from sticky breakfast kisses to playful "gotcha!" kisses to special birthday cake kisses. Won't You Be My Kissaroo? by Joanne Ryder and illustrated by Melissa Sweet was published in January 2008. 

The illustrations in this book are so colorful and really are gear to a preschool age. Cassie read this book with me. I loved giving her kisses as we read the book. She giggled at all the animals in the book and really loved listening to the book. She loved this book and wanted me to read it over and over again. I liked this book because it shows that there are many different kinds of kisses in the world. They all mean that they love you.
