25 Days of Christmas: Santa's Book of Names by David McPhail
On the 13th Days of Christmas, Santa brought my kids a new book to read that night. In this book it talks about Edward who loved to have books read to him but could not read himself. Teachers were worried as were his parents. He wondered how Santa kept every kid straight when all of sudden Santa appeared. Santa's Book of Names by David McPhail was published in October 1997.
This book is so sweet and my kids all gave it a thumbs up at the end of reading it. We loved that Santa did something so kind for Edward and how the book led to that big moment. My kids loved the detailed illustrations in this book that didn't have any bright colors but colors of things that make it so real. This book is a for sure read with all kids but especially those who are learning to read.
