Hello World! Ocean Life by Jill McDonald

 

I saw someone post about this series of board books on Instagram awhile back and thought I needed to check it out at the library for Cassie. In this book it introduces nonfiction concepts for babies and toddlers. This one talks about the ocean in easy terms that even the littlest child will learn from it. Hello, World: Ocean Life by Jill McDonald was published in February 2019. 

The illustrations in this book is perfect for introducing the ocean to Cassie and a few of her friends. I loved how colorful the pictures were and how it kept her attention. Of course she sang the famous baby shark song when she saw a dolphin. The words in this book are short and perfect for the toddlers and babies. I love this book and can't wait to read other books in the series.
