When Pigeon finds a delicious hot dog, he can hardly wait to shove the entire thing in his beak. But ...then a very sly and hungry duckling enters the scene and wants a bite. Who will be the more clever bird? The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog! by Mo Willems was published in May 2004. This book won Golden Archer Award for Primary in 2008. 

We love reading Pigeon books in our house especially my son Mason. We love the simple illustrations that Mo Willems creates. The illustrations are colorful and perfect for this story. The story-line in this book is simple but still so funny. Mason loved arguing with the reader (Me) throughout the book. I loved hearing him giggle from each silly antics Pigeon did. This book is so worth reading to your kids and making some fun memories. I recommend checking this out.
