A Very Scary Pumpkin by Jeff Minich

 

With all their toys and treats packed away, Chomper and Coco learned it was moving day. After they arrive at their new home they discover they're not alone. The house is haunted by a very scary ghost named Pumpkin. Will Pumpkin scare the Nuggies away? Or will they find a way to become friends and stay? A Very Scary Pumpkin by Jeff Minich illustrated by Renan Garcia was published in September 2015. 

This book is really cute for little preschoolers and toddlers. The story-line is really simple but it flowed really easy. I got this book on my kindle fire for free. Cassie really enjoyed the book and loved learning that the spooky character was something else. The illustrations in this book are adorable and really bring the story to life. They are colorful and really draw the attention to the book. I was trying to figure out though what Nuggies are. Why are they not called puppies? It's a cute book and worth checking out.
