The Eye Book by Theo LeSieg

With March 2nd being Dr. Seuss day we had to read several Dr. Seuss books. In this book, our eyes see flies. Our eyes see ants. Sometimes they see pink underpants. Dr. Seuss's hilarious ode to eye gives little ones a whole new appreciation for all the wonderful things to be seen. The Eye Book by Theo LeSieg illustrated by Joe Mathieu was published in October 1968.

This book is a cute and the illustrations are so cute and child-like. My kids really liked this book and giggled at the things that they can see. I loved how it talks about the eyes but it was pretty hard to read aloud to my kids. I loved the rhymes which is the normal part of Dr. Seuss books. This book is worth checking out and adding to your bookshelf.
