Duck Sock-Hop by Jane Kohuth

 

Who doesn't like ducks especially if they are wearing socks. In this book is a tongue-twisting, toe-tapping picture book. Ducks grab socks from a big sock box and head on down to the duck sock hop. Duck Sock-Hop by Jane Kohuth illustrated by Jane Porter was published in May 2013. 

The illustrations in this book are colorful but really basic. I did like all of the designs on the socks and the patterns on the duck. This book was really hard to read a loud as it's a big tongue-twister. But it was really cute. Cassie really enjoyed this story and giggled a lot through the book. Not sure if she was laughing at the book or me trying to read the book. It's a cute book. This book would be great for kids who have a hard time with speech as it works the tongue as they read it. I wish the illustrations had more to them but they were alright.
