Cassie loves Llama Llama books so much and this was one that we haven't read before. So to say she was excited was an understatement. She absolutely loved this book and how well it goes with the other books in the series that she has read. The illustrations matched perfectly with the book. The illustrations are bright and colorful. They go really well to show the actions and the personality of the main characters. Also sets the scene perfectly that goes well with the book. I love the text in the whimsical way it is written. Also how it talks about what kids deal with when it comes to the holidays. We really enjoyed this story and can not wait to read more Llama Llama books.
