The Monster At the End of This Book by Jon Stone

Read along as Grover begs you not to turn the page - because there is a monster at this end of this book! Lovable, furry old Grover is distressed to learn that there's a monster at the end of this book! He begs readers not to turn the pages, but of course kids feel they just have to see this monster for themselves. The Monster at the End of This Book by Jon Stone illustrated by Michael J. Smollin was published in 1971. This book is part of Big Little Golden Books.

This is such a cute classic children's book. I read this as a little kid and loved it. So I couldn't wait to read it to my kids. Cassie thought this book was so funny and was giggling at the silly things that Grover was doing through out the book. The illustrations are bright and colorful. This book is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. This book is so interactive that those ages would stay with the book till the end. Also it's so easy to read aloud. I recommend you checking out this book.
