In the wide-awake bed in the full-moon house, everyone is restless! The moonlight is pouring in and no one can get to sleep; not Granny, her grandchild, the dog, the cat, or even a mouse. It's not until a tiny musical visitor offers up a soothing song does the menagerie settle down, and finally everyone is off to dreamland.
The Full Moon at the Napping House by Audrey Wood illustrated by Don Wood was published in September 2015.
The illustrations in this book are so amazing and detailed. Cassie loved looking at the pictures and seeing all the different things that is happening. I loved the story in this book and loved how it brought the napping house back to this book. I loved how it brought the beautiful moon into this book. The narrative in this book is so much faithful to the original book in the series. I also loved that it had all the same characters as the first book. It's an amazing book and I recommend checking it out especially if you enjoyed the first book.
