Snip snap! Snip Snap! Snip Snap! What's That? And what will the children do once they find out? Snip Snap! What's That by Mara Bergman illustrated by Nick Maland was published in March 2005. This book was nominated for Charlotte Zolotow Award for Highly Commended Title in 2006.
The illustrations in this book are adorable and really show the kids and their feelings. Cassie really enjoyed this book and tried guessing throughout what the kids were hearing. I loved how it has sound effects to read in the book and this book makes for a great read-aloud book. It's really easy to read aloud and there is no tripping over the words. Also it's really hard to not emphasis the words as you read. It's a great book and I highly recommend you check it out.
