The Letters Are Lost: A Picture Book about the Alphabet by Lisa Campbell Ernst

 

I love finding alphabet books to read with Cassie. So I checked out this book as it's been on my list to read for awhile. In this book, all the letters of the alphabet were together. But now they are lost! The Letters are Lost: A Picture Book about the Alphabet by Lisa Campbell Ernst was published in March 1996. 

I had a lot of hope for this book and felt like this book fell flat. It didn't really have any kind of story-line or a flow. I felt like it could have but just didn't quite get up to where it needed to be. The illustrations in this book are simple but colorful which is great for kids. I don't recommend checking this book out.
