The Great Christmas Crisis by Kim norman

First the reindeer rebelled--now its the elves' turn! 'Tis the month before Christmas, and things aren't great. The elves are complaining, "We're all running late!" The candy-cane twister needs major repairs; there's not enough cotton to stuff the toy bears. The North Pole's in trouble: Santa MUST find out why. The Great Christmas Crisis by Kim Norman illustrated by Jannie Ho was published in October 2012.

Let's first talk about the illustrations. The illustrations have so much going on that kids will want to just stare at the pictures. They are colorful and really grab the attention of the kids. The story-line in this book is so cute and really uses conflict and resolution. It also shows how to keep keep trying things and check it at a different angle. It's a cute book and really worth checking out. Too much work can be a bad thing. This book is really easy to read aloud and I had no stumbling over words.
