The Christmas Quiet Book by Deborah Underwood

The holidays are filled with joyful noise. But Christmas is sometimes wrapped in quiet: "Searching for presents quiet," "Getting caught quiet," and "Hoping for snow day quiet." The Christmas Quiet Book by Deborah Underwood illustrated by Renata Liwska was published in October 2012.

I had huge hopes for this book but this book was lacking a story-line. There was no story-line at all to this book. This book could have been amazing with a story-line. I felt like it was just random sentences that had the same word quiet in it. That it didn't flow together and it was in pieces. The illustrations in this book save the book. It's so cute and really fun looking at each page. But I don't recommend checking this book out. My kids were bored while reading it.
