Dragons Love Tacos by Adam Rubin

Dragons love tacos. They love chicken tacos, beef tacos, great big tacos, and teeny tiny tacos. So if you want to lure a bunch of dragons to your party, you should definitely serve tacos. Buckets and buckets of tacos. Unfortunately, where there are tacos, there is also salsa. And if a dragon accidentally eats spicy salsa ...oh, boy. You're in red-hot trouble. Dragons Love Tacos by Adam Rubin illustrated by Daniel Salmieri was published in June 14th, 2012. This is book one in the Dragons Love Tacos. Some awards are Pennsylvania Young Readers' Choice Award for Grade K-3 in 2015, California Young Readers Medal Nominee for Primary in 2016, NAIBA Book of the Year for Picture Book in 2013, Goodreads Choice Award Nominee for Picture Books in 2012.

First off sorry I haven't been posting lately. We all got sick with the flu and had high fevers. Then a tube broke on the back of our fridge which sent our downstairs to be flooded. Then Easter and then Ginny birthday. Whew...it's been crazy here at our house. So other things had to take a break so that I didn't lose my mind. Anyways, this book is so cute and really done well. My kids loved looking at the illustrations and loved seeing all the things that Dragons did through the book. The story is adorable and pretty funny. My kids loved it so much that they wanted me to check out the second book in the series. This book is easy to read aloud and it still will make kids giggle and laugh. I highly recommend you check out this silly story.
