The Pigeon Has Feelings, Too! by Mo Willems

 

In this board book, how does it feel to be a pigeon? Well, the bus driver is trying to get him to act happy, but as we all know, this is one bird that is not going to be told what to do! Throughout this hilarious board book, Pigeon runs through the emotions. The Pigeon has Feelings, Too! by Mo Willems was published in May 2005. 

My kids really love reading the pigeon books as he is always up to mischief. The board book is like his other books and the pigeon is just as funny. I love how he touches on different emotions for kids who are learning about them as they get older. This is such a cute book and I really enjoyed it. Cassie really enjoyed this book and giggled at all the antics that Pigeon was up to. She loved helping figure out each emotion on each page. This book is great to read a loud and be able to share it with my daughter.
