Why yes, I still read board books with Cassie even though she is five. There are some really nice board books out there that is fun to just enjoy. This board book has beautiful colorful illustrations that has our favorite characters from Dr. Seuss. I love how some of the things they are thankful are huge items and yet they still remember the little things as well. The text is very simple, which is perfect for readers just starting to read on their own. It's a good practice for them without taking away from the book. Cassie and I really enjoyed this book together just giggling and talking about what we are both Thankful for. I highly recommend checking out this sweet Thanksgiving theme type book.
