Barnyard Boogie by Jim Post

 

I found this book awhile back and thought this book looked so much fun. In this book the barnyard animals create a sing song and you can have fun with the puppet as well. Barnyard Boogie by Jim Post was published in October 2003. 

This book is so much fun with the puppet. Of course the pages are hard to turn with one hand while your hand is in the puppet but it is so totally worth it. I loved the text that Jim Post wrote in this book in how they are sing song type. You could even sing them if you want to up the fun of this book. The illustrations in this book are amazing and really help sell this book. My four kids were giggling and giggling on every page of watching the animals do the barnyard boogie. My two year old loves to stick her hand in the puppet and try to read the book even still. This book should be put on your shelf for sure.
