Book Review: A Visitor for Bear by Bonny Becker

We love books about animals in our house and so we got "A Visitor for Bear" by Bonny Becker and illustrated by Kady MacDonald Denton from the library. In this book the bear doesn't like having visitors and even has a sign on his door saying just that. But one day a mouse taps on his door. Bear keeps telling him to leave but the mouse won't leave. Will the Bear be able to get rid of the mouse?

This book was so funny and really good nature about it. I am sure we have all had those friends that won't just leave or even our own kids at times. My kids giggled at the mouse antics throughout the book and were trying to figure out where mouse would pop back up in the house. The illustrations in this book are detailed but did not have bright colors which were really different then most books. For sure check this book out the next time you are at the library.
