Book Review: This Little Turkey by Aly Fronis

We started our reading of Thanksgiving books this season. Since Cassie is now getting bigger we are adding some simple books to read for her. Of course the big kids still enjoy the little kid books as well. We chose "This Little Turkey" by Aly Fronis which is a Thanksgiving-themed twist of the classic nursery rhyme of "This Little Piggy." This is a sixteen page board book.

This book is a fun little rhyme and a twist on the common piggy nursery rhyme. The kids were giggling through out the book. Cassie really enjoyed how colorful the illustrations were by Migy Blanco. I loved the rhyming throughout this book for the kids. My older two kids tried to read the book with me as it is simple text. All of the kids gave this book a thumbs up.
