Book Review: Monsters Go Night-Night by Aaron Zenz

 

 We all know that bedtimes can be rough at times to try to get our own kids to sleep. Can you imagine if you have to put monsters to bed. Monsters Go Night-Night by Aaron Zenz, shows what it like to put monsters to bed. They brush their teeth but not with a toothbrush, they get dressed for bed, and still snuggle. This book takes readers through the bedtime rituals of seven friendly monsters while making each step of the routine a guessing game. 

I read this book to Cassie and she loved it. She giggled at the antics it takes to get monsters to bed to sleep. The Illustrations in this book are amazing and are colorful. The illustrations are not too simple and not over the top. They are perfect for a bedtime book should be. Cassie loved to look at the illustrations as I read the words in this book. It kept her attention as a two year old. I recommend checking out this bedtime story.
